Beer-B-Q

The City of Lauderhill hosted their most-celebrated annual event, “Beer-B-Que,” on September 17, 2022, which was a free music festival that was open to the public. Lauderhill’s “Healthy You” awarded grant initiative participated as a community vendor and distributed gift cards to Lauderhill patrons who completed the community health surveys. Attendees and participants had the opportunity to turn the exciting day of delicious local foods, R&B and hip-hop music featuring Dru Hill and JT Money, into a day of learning the importance of better health and COVID-19 preventative methods, too.
